General Terms

The COMPANY reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions of this online store whenever deemed necessary. The COMPANY undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any changes through the pages of the online store. All contracts concluded through the online store are drafted in the English language.

Limitation of Liability

In the context of its transactions through the online store, the COMPANY is not liable for, and is not obligated to provide compensation for, any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, non-execution, or delayed execution, regardless of the cause. The COMPANY does not guarantee the availability of products displayed in the online store but provides updates based on current stock levels. In the event of a change in availability, the COMPANY commits to informing the customer in a timely manner without further liability.

Product Returns and Replacements

Products intended for replacement or return must be in the condition in which they were received—complete, undamaged, and with the original packaging in excellent condition.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer may withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) days, returning the product in its original condition. The customer bears all return shipping expenses.

  • Refunds: Once the COMPANY confirms the product’s condition, the refund will be processed within 30 days. The customer must communicate their intent to withdraw via email.

  • Conditions for Return:

    1. You must contact us via email (info@wakawa.co) promptly upon receiving the item.

    2. The product must remain unused and the packaging must be in pristine condition.

    3. The return must be completed within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
