At wakawa.co, you may return products purchased from our online store, whether you have changed your mind or the item is defective.

1. Defective Products

We conduct thorough quality control checks before shipping every order. However, if you receive a defective product, you may return it within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Process: The item will first be sent to our customer service department for inspection. Pending availability, we will replace it with a new unit or another product of your choice.

  • Inspection upon Delivery: We strongly recommend carefully checking your products and their packaging for any damage at the time of delivery. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately via email at info@wakawa.co.

  • Shipping Costs: Returns for defective items are free of charge, provided you have first coordinated the return process with our customer service team.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the product, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition—complete, undamaged, and with all packaging intact. The item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice.

  • Shipping Costs: In the case of a “change of mind” return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Exchanges: Upon approval, you may select a new product from our website. The value of the new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the returned item.
