Product Returns and Replacements

Products intended for replacement or return must be in the condition in which they were received—complete, undamaged, and with the original packaging in excellent condition. This excludes bulk food items.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer may withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen (14) days, returning the product in its original condition, bearing no costs other than return shipping expenses.
  • Third-party Warranties: Products covered by third-party warranties are excluded from this provision.
  • Refunds: Once the COMPANY confirms the product’s condition, the refund will be processed within 30 days. The customer must communicate their intent to withdraw.
  • Conditions for Return:
    1. You must contact us on the same or the next business day.
    2. The product remains unused and the packaging is in pristine condition.
    3. The return is completed within 14 calendar days.
  • Shipping costs in the case of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
